How soon should we contact you to get started on our wedding stationery?

We recommend that you book your stationer the sooner the better. Once you have a wedding date, you can book your stationer. It’s never too early to get started! Usually wedding invitations takes 2-3 months from design to finish product, depending on your timely response. In booking our services, we recommend to book at least 2 1/2 months prior the date you need the wedding invitations. Allow yourself some time for addressing the invitations once you receive them.

When do we order our invitations?

SAVE THE DATE 10 - 12 months before your wedding, INVITATIONS (for local wedding) 5 - 6 months before your wedding, INVITATIONS (for destination wedding) 6 - 8 months before your wedding. It’s never too early to get started!

How many invitations should we order?

Usually 70% of your guests + 10 extras for the last minute addition of guests + keepsake invitation. You can also divide your guest list by 2 and add 25. If you have 100 guests, you should order at least 75 invitations. You can also count it by per household or per couple.

When do we send our invitations?

SAVE THE DATE 8 - 9 months before your wedding, INVITATIONS (for local wedding) 8 - 10 weeks before your wedding, INVITATIONS (for destination wedding) 10 - 14 weeks before your wedding.

What date should we set our RSVP?

Set your RSVP date 4 weeks prior to the wedding.

What is the timeframe of your custom design?

A typical timeframe for our custom stationery projects will take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks for the design and creative phase alone, with an additional 2 - 3 weeks for printing, production, and assembly. About 2-3 months from design to finish product, depending on your timely response.
