OH HELLO THERE…

Give me a piece of paper, a paintbrush, pretty colours to paint with and I can translate your vision into a work of art. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for pastel colours, beautiful pieces of paper, and overall aesthetic. I like transforming simple items into works of art. I see a pretty flower, a meaningful word, a dream, sometimes even a cup of latte… and my mind just wanders into a world of colour and artistry. Creating this business gave me the perfect outlet to express myself and connect with people on a deeper level. I cannot wait for what 2019 has in store for me, and especially for my dear clients.

Making Dreams Come True...

‘Just Create by MJ’ was almost an accident. My dearest friend got married in San Diego, and I had the perfect idea of creating an invitation that suited her very romantic, long distance relationship with her now husband. I realized how much I loved creating, crafting and the feel of beautifully crafted paper in my hands. Just like that, my business was born. The process of creating whatever she needed for her dream wedding was exciting, fulfilling and such a joy to go through with my dearest friend. As soon as word got out, I was approached by other friends and I never looked back.

Having this business is such a dream come true, as I get to be a part of love being transformed into paper.. I get to be a part of different kinds of celebrations. From weddings, baptisms, graduations, showers.. I am having the time of my life! Every piece of paper that I create— an invitation, save the date, menu, signage, announcements— has a piece of my heart in it. Every creation by my business is assembled by my own two hands, especially for my clients. I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty with glitter either!

I will be absolutely elated if you choose me as your designer and creator for your special day!

with gratitude, mj
